I am the mother of three boys. My oldest is a cyclist racing both velodrome and road races. My middle son has ADHD and can be a challenge at times, especially when it comes to homework. My youngest is autistic. He is high functioning but needs special help to deal with his behavior issues and anger issues. I am happily married and have been since April 1996.

When I was younger I went to college and received my BA in Accounting. Recently I have gone back to college and will soon have a BS in computer science with an emphasis in network security. I am currently in the market for a job in computer security but I still have a passion for Internet writing. So here I am, ready to tell what I know.

I have been an Internet writer since June 1998 when I started with About.com. A couple years later I expanded my writing to other online companies such as Suite101.com, CreativeWeblogging.com, AssociatedContent.com (now known as the Yahoo! Contributor Network), as well as several smaller sites. I have also created small websites for local organizations and friends.

Writing about different topics interested me so every site that I wrote for had a different topic. I have written about the Internet, Web design, raising boys, health, software and many other topics. Sometimes I would even get an offer to write about something I knew nothing about. I'm flexible, so I would learn about the topic and write what they needed.

I hope you enjoy my writing and learn something from it. If you see a topic I have written about and would like elaboration, please contact me and I'll construct another article. My theory is that if you want to know about it, other people do too. See you on Suite101!
